In re: Colonial Pipeline & Co., applying for writs of certiorari, prohibition and mandamus.

Writ denied: This court will not interfere with orderly procedures in the trial court, in the absence of irreparable injury. Relator has a remedy by appeal in the event of adverse judgmént on the merits.

are of the opinion that a writ should be granted.
