In re: State of Louisiana applying for remedial writs.
Writ granted. Ruling of trial court reversed, bill of information reinstated. See C.Cr.P. art. 296, Official Review Comment. Trial court shall order defendant released without bond. When ño probable cause is shown at preliminary hearing, defendant is properly released without bond; however, the trial court does not have authority to dismiss the bill of information.
