In re: Vernell Richardson applying for writ of mandamus.

Granted. District judge ordered to vacate and set aside previously imposed sentence and sentence relator to life imprisonment at hard labor without eligibility for probation, parole or suspension of sentence for twenty years, the penalty for second degree murder at the time this offense was committed on August 8, 1973. La.R.S. 14:30.1, as added by acts 1973, No. 111. See State v. Jenkins, 340 So.2d 157 (La. 1976).
