Opinion of the Court

In re: Wrestle, Inc. applying for writs of certiorari, prohibition, mandamus and review.

Writ granted. The massive seizure of publications without an adversary proceeding involving this applicant was constitutionally insufficient; A Quantity of Books v. Kansas, 378 U.S. 205, 84 S.Ct. 1723, 12 L.Ed.2d 809, and is set aside.

SANDERS, C. J., and SUMMERS, J., are of the opinion that the appropriate action is to reduce the seizure to a single publication.
