In re: Gerald Dickerson applying for supervisory and/or remedial writs and for stay order.

Writ granted. Trial judge abused his discretion in refusing to grant a continuance of the preliminary examination. Order of trial judge set aside and case remanded for hearing on preliminary examination and further proceedings.
