In re: Louis J. Carmouche, applying for writs of certiorari, prohibition, mandamus and for stay order.

*705Writ denied. There is some evidence to support probable cause for the arrest. This Court does not weigh the sufficiency of the evidence.

DIXON, J.,

dissents. The attempted arrest by the officer was clearly unjustified.

CALOGERO, J., is of the opinion the writ should be granted.
