In re: State of Louisiana through the District Attorney, Ossie Brown, applying *287for supervisory writs. Parish of East Baton Rouge.

Application denied; no error of law in the ruling complained of.

SANDERS, C. J., concurs in denial on the ground that there is no abuse of the trial judge’s discretion. SUMMERS, J., dissents. It was error to categorize the questioned statement of defendant as inculpatory.
