In re: Doris Guillory applying for writ of certiorari. Parish of E. Baton Rouge.

Writ granted. Relator’s failure to appear in court was not a violation of La. Code of Criminal Procedure, Art. 21. Ruling of the City Court holding relator in direct contempt of court is reversed and set aside.

SANDERS, C. J., and SUMMERS, J., would deny.
