Supreme Court of Louisiana
Bossier Parish School Board v. Guste, 355 So. 2d 1323 (La. 1978)
1978 La. LEXIS 7230
Dennis, Grant, Tate, Writ

Bossier Parish School Board v. Guste

Opinion of the Court

In re: Jackie Martin and Fred E. Shew-make, Jr., applying for certiorari, or writ of review, to the Court of Appeal, Second Circuit. Parish of Bossier. 355 So.2d 64.

Writ denied.

DENNIS, J., would grant the writ. TATE, J.,

is of the opinion that the school board’s policy may be an abuse of its great discretion because of the strong legislative policies designed to permit school teachers and personnel to participate in elective government.
