In re: Melvin Faucheaux, applying for writs of certiorari, prohibition, mandamus and for stay order. Parish of Jefferson.
Granted in part; denied in part. Extradition stayed until district attorney for the parish of Orleans agrees to the surrender in view of pending prosecutions in Orleans Parish. La.Code Crim.P. art. 272. Trial judge ordered to hold hearing to fix bail pending possible extradition. La.Code Crim.P. art. 272. In all other respects, the writ is denied.
