Concurring Opinion

TATE, DIXON and MARCUS, JJ.,

concur. The express waiver of counsel by an accused should be recorded contemporaneously so as to be available for transcription if as here the waiver is contested. However, in view of the trial court’s statement to this court corroborating the minute entry, as well as other indicia, we concur.
