Opinion of the Court

In re: Gerald Hatcher applying for supervisory writs and stay order. Parish of Orleans.

Writ granted in part, denied in part. Without affording grounds for delay in this scheduled trial the state is ordered to answer question number 5 of motion for bill of particulars. In all other respects, the application is denied. Adequate remedy by review in the event of conviction.

SUMMERS, J.,

dissents. The accused is not entitled to the State’s evidence by a motion for particulars in advance of trial.
