Opinion of the Court

In re: Clyde Robinson applying for supervisory and remedial writs. Parish of East Carroll.

*881Writ granted. The bail of $50,000.00 previously fixed by the trial judge is reinstated.

Bail fixed in a capital case as a result of a pre-indictment hearing under Code of Criminal Procedure Article 313 is not invalidated, ipso iacto, by a subsequent Grand Jury indictment.
