In re: Janice Livas, applying for writs of certiorari review, prohibition, mandamus and for a stay order. Parish of Orleans.

Writ granted. Since it does not appear that an evidentiary hearing has been held on defendant’s motion for reduction of bail, it is ordered that such hearing be held.

Concurring Opinion

DENNIS and TATE, JJ.,

concur and are of the opinion that an evidentiary hearing should have been conducted on State’s motion before increase of bail.
