Opinion of the Court

In re: Margie L. Meeks, applying for remedial writs of certiorari, prohibition, mandamus and a stay order. Parish of Vernon.

Granted. The case is remanded to the trial court to permit relator to refute the content of those portions of the presentence investigation as recited by the trial judge at the time of sentencing. The sentence heretofore imposed is set aside and defendant is to be resentenced in the light of the hearing on remand.
