In re Grand Jury Subpoena to Bernard

Concurring Opinion

TATE and CALOGERO, JJ.,

concur. The only issue before us is a claim of executive immunity from response to a subpoena to testify before a grand jury investigating alleged criminal violations. In denying such immunity, we do not reach the issue of any claim of privilege as to particular questions which may be asked.
