Supreme Court of Louisiana
In re Grand Jury Subpoena to Bernard, 361 So. 2d 1209 (La. 1978)
1978 La. LEXIS 6290
Calogero, Tate
In re Grand Jury Subpoena to Bernard
Concurring Opinion
concur. The only issue before us is a claim of executive immunity from response to a subpoena to testify before a grand jury investigating alleged criminal violations. In denying such immunity, we do not reach the issue of any claim of privilege as to particular questions which may be asked.
Opinion of the Court
In re: Sherman A. Bernard applying for writ of certiorari, prohibition, mandamus and stay order. Parish of Orleans.
Writ denied.
