State v. Simmons
Opinion of the Court
In re: Clarence Simmons and Debra McCall, applying for writ of review.
Denied.
Concurring Opinion
concurs. The defendant is entitled to the Brady-type information he seeks on the trial of innocence or guilt, but I am unwilling to hold that any due-process reason has been shown so as to require the state to furnish the information for the trial of the motion to suppress.
