State v. Dright

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

Raymond Dright was charged by indictment with armed robbery. La.R.S. 14:64; 15:529.1. After a trial by jury defendant was found guilty as charged and sentenced as a double offender to imprisonment at hard labor for thirty-three years. On appeal, defendant relies upon ten assignments of error, six of which are argued in brief.

We have reviewed the record and find no merit in defendant’s assignments of error. Accordingly, we affirm his conviction and sentence.
