State v. Crittle

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

John Crittle was charged by indictment with aggravated burglary. La.R.S. 14:60. After a trial by jury defendant was found guilty as charged and sentenced to imprisonment at hard labor for twenty years. On appeal, defendant relies upon six assignments of error, only two of which are argued in brief.

We have reviewed the record and find no merit in defendant’s assignments of error. Accordingly, we affirm his conviction and sentence.
