State v. Wright

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

The defendant was charged by bill of information with simple kidnapping. La. R.S. 14:45. After trial by a six person jury the defendant was found guilty as charged and later sentenced as a multiple offender to serve seven years at hard labor. On appeal the defendant relies upon seven assignments of error.

We have reviewed the record and find no merit in the defendant’s assignments of error. Accordingly, the defendant’s conviction and sentence are affirmed.
