Opinion of the Court

In re: John Alton Stokes, applying for writ of certiorari review. Parish of Terre-bonne.

Writ granted. The trial court is ordered to grant the chambers hearing at which the accused’s counsel shall be allowed in camera to establish the need, if any, for the assistance of an investigation under conditions to be set by the trial court in order to assure the effective assistance of counsel. See State v. Madison, 345 So.2d 485 (La. 1977).
