In re: Mr. and Mrs. Jackie Ray King, applying for supervisory writs of certiorari, prohibition and/or mandamus. Parish of Caddo.

Sale scheduled for October 11, 1978 is stayed pending further orders of this Court. It is further ordered that transcript of all evidence taken in the district court in connection with consolidated cases argued and submitted on September 22, 1978 be filed forthwith.

SANDERS, C. J., did not participate. SUMMERS, J., would not grant a stay order.
