In re: Dave Sanderson, Jr. applying for writ of review. Jefferson Parish.

Writ granted. Ruling of district court reversed. Case remanded to district court to order defendant corporation to make available all corporate records to plaintiff, since district court has found that plaintiff made showing of requisite ownership under La.R.S. 12:103(D).

SANDERS, C. J., and SUMMERS, J., dissent from the order but would grant and place on the docket for argument.
