Chaisson v. Thomas
Supreme Court of Louisiana
Chaisson v. Thomas, 363 So. 2d 1389 (La. 1978)
1978 La. LEXIS 6498
Dixon, From
Chaisson v. Thomas
Opinion of the Court
In re: Joel T. Chaisson applying for writs of certiorari, prohibition and mandamus. Parish of Orleans.
Writ granted. The ruling of the trial court insofar as it ordered plaintiff to produce all documents requested is vacated. Case is remanded to the District Court to consider the objection to production on its merits, since apparently the trial court did not do so.
