State ex rel. Lee v. Sixth Judicial District Court, Parish of Madison

Opinion of the Court

In re: George Henry Lee applying for writ of mandamus. Madison Parish.

Mandamus Denied. Application is moot. (Without prejudice to applicant’s right to seek review of ruling on habeas corpus.)

TATE, J., notes that, under the showing made, the applicant is obviously entitled to an evidentiary hearing, which I feel sure this court will order when the applicant re-applies to this court to review the trial court’s ruling. DIXON, J., would order an evidentiary hearing on the habeas corpus petition.
