In re Robert Myles applying for supervisory writ. Parish of Orleans.

Writ granted. Re-sentencing set aside, and trial court ordered to permit the defendant to undergo the evaluation program for entry into Odyssey House, as proposed by the enclosure to its letter of August 2nd, in accordance with the plea bargain.
