Writ granted. It is ordered that the defendant’s case be tried on January 23,1979.

Dissenting Opinion

SUMMERS, J.,

dissents, being of the opinion that the state is proceeding with reasonable speed to bring this case to trial, considering the facts and circumstances. This Court should not deny the trial judge and District Attorney the discretion to which they are entitled in the conduct of this case.
