In re Enos Verdin and Elizabeth Verdin applying for writ of certiorari, First Circuit Court of Appeal. Parish of Terrebonne. 366 So.2d 1001.

Writ denied. The defect complained of did not create an unreasonable risk of harm. The result is correct.

DIXON and DENNIS, JJ., would grant the writ. BLANCHE, J., recused.
