Opinion of the Court

In re Paula Dyan and Daphne Louis applying for writs of certiorari and supervisory and/or remedial writs and mandamus. Parish of Orleans.

Writ granted. A hearing is ordered to determine whether the OIDP lawyers are instructed to urge the accused to sign the waiver and whether these lawyers urged these defendant to do so, and whether the waivers were knowingly and intelligently made.
