In re Jimmie L. Taylor, applying for writs of certiorari and Mandamus. Orleans Parish.
Writ denied. The 1968 guilty plea was taken prior to the requirements of Boykin v. Alabama, 395 U.S. 238, 89 S.Ct. 1709, 23 L.Ed.2d 274 (1969). The accused did not satisfy his sentence under that conviction until expiration of his probation. La.C. Cr.P. art. 898.
