Opinion of the Court
In re Derwin Bourgeois applying for writ of mandamus. Parish of Orleans.
Writ denied. The appeal was taken August 21, 1978, and the transcript has recently been received by the Orleans Indigent Defender Program. Assignments of Error are in the process of being prepared, and OIDP is instructed to send copy to relator when they are filed. The OIDP informs us that the transcript will be sent to the relator after conclusion of the appeal.
