Opinion of the Court

In re Hugh C. Wilbourn, applying for motion for time to file writ application and for a stay order. Orleans Parish. No. 253-070.

Execution of sentence stayed pending action by U. S. Supreme Court on relator’s application in that Court; however, stay shall not be effective for five days in order to allow time for state to hold bond hearing.

SUMMERS, C. J., dissents from order and would deny a stay order. BLANCHE, J., dissents from order.
