Opinion of the Court

In re Leon Williams, applying for writ of habeas corpus. Parish of Bossier. No. 53,-299.

*1334Writ granted. On the allegations in the petition, the relator is entitled to an eviden-tiary hearing to determine whether he requested that an appeal be taken by his appointed counsel, or whether he affirmatively waived his right to appeal. The other allegations are without merit.
