Opinion of the Court

In re Carl Morein and Stephanie Morein applying for writs of certiorari, prohibition and mandamus. Parish of Iberia. No. 38767.

Writ granted. Pre-trial order amended so as to permit introduction of the liability insurance policy; the insurer being a party defendant in the suit. See Domingue v. Continental Insurance Co., 348 So.2d 209 (La.App. 3rd Cir. 1977).

SUMMERS, C. J., agrees that writ should be granted but believes case should be docketed for briefing and oral argument.
