Writ granted. It is ordered that the trial judge conduct an evidentiary hearing and consider in connection therewith La.C.Cr.P. arts. 889D and 900. State v. Harris, 342 So.2d 179 (La. 1977); State v. Martens, 338 So.2d 95 (La. 1976); State v. Guillory, 363 So.2d 511 (La. 1978). Reserving relator’s right to seek review in event of an adverse ruling.
