JOINT MOTION AND ORDER TO DISMISS APPEAL

On joint motion of applicant, Allen T. Conlay, and respondent, Houston General Insurance Company, through their respective undersigned counsel, and on suggesting to the Court that an amicable settlement of the above captioned matter has been reached by the above parties;

IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the above appeal be and it is hereby dismissed at the cost of respondent, Houston General Insurance Company.
