In re Gerald A. Bosworth and Bosworth & Voisin, Corp., applying for supervisory writ and stay order. Parish of Terrebonne.

Writ granted. The trial court’s order of September 7, 1979, appointing a temporary liquidator, is annulled and set aside. The case is remanded to the district court for consideration of all issues in this litigation at contradictory hearings. This writ grant and order is not designed to upset the scheduled rule to show cause on September 21, 1979.
