Writ denied. Adequate remedy by appeal in the event of conviction.

Concurring Opinion

DIXON, J.,

concurs in the denial; even if defendant pleads guilty, he can reserve his right to appeal the ruling on the motion to suppress. See State v. Crosby, 338 So.2d 584 (La. 1976).
