Concurring Opinion

TATE, J.,

concurs. Since defendants were not actually sentenced to fine or imprisonment in excess of six months, La. Const, of 1974, Art. I, Sec. 17, I am unwilling to hold that any constitutional right to a jury trial was abridged when defendant made no objection prior to verdict.
