In re Mrs. Audrey Bordes, wife of/and Arthur L. Porter, applying for supervisory writs, and writ of mandamus. Parish of Orleans. No. 77-812. Court of. Appeal, Fourth Circuit No. 10748.

*946Writ granted. Court of Appeal judgment is vacated. Trial court judgment reinstated except as to the plaintiff herself.

MARCUS and BLANCHE, JJ., consider the ruling of the court of appeal correct; hence, would deny the writ. SUMMERS, C. J., would grant the writ.
