Opinion of the Court

In re Billy Guice and Howard Claxton, applying for writs of certiorari, prohibition, mandamus and stay order. Parish of Madison, Nos. 30446 and 30449.

Granted; execution of sentence stayed pending further action of this Court; the defendants are ordered released from custody immediately. The defendants shall remain at large on the same bond or a recognizance previously given pending trial. Trial judge is ordered to grant a reasonable time to defendants to file writs in this Court.
