In re Samuel Marks, applying for writs of habeas corpus. Parish of Orleans. Number 250-172.

Granted. The ruling of the district court judge on the motion to arrest illegal sentence is reversed. State v. Wilson, relied on by the trial judge, was overruled in State v. Curtis, 363 So.2d 1375 (La. 1978). The applicant is ordered released.
