In re Robert Wayne Young, applying for remedial writs. Parish of Terrebonne. Nos. 58,354 and 64,222.

Writ granted. Evidentiary hearing is ordered relative to relator’s contention that he was denied an appeal and was afforded ineffective counsel. The trial judge is ordered to rule upon those contentions as well as upon relator’s contention that his successive ten and one-half year sentences are illegal and/or unconstitutional. See La.R.S. 15:529.1(C).
