In re Cementation Company of America, Inc., applying for certiorari, or writ of review, to the Court of Appeal, First Circuit. Parish of St. Mary. 377 So.2d 1334.

Granted. The judgment of the Court of Appeal is reversed and the order of the trial judge is reinstated.
