Haik v. Rowley

Opinion of the Court

In re Robert G. Haik, applying for certiorari, or writ of review, to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit. Parish of Orleans. 377 So.2d 391.

Writ denied. The showing made does not warrant the exercise of this Court’s jurisdiction.

Concurring Opinion

DIXON, J.,

concurs in the denial. If what relator says is true, the court of appeal was in error in dismissing the suit against the endorser, but relator has not furnished us with the reasons for the lower court’s judgment.
