Rawls v. Damare

Dissenting Opinion

DIXON, J.,

is of the opinion the court of appeal was in error and would grant. Any *73“party” may be called on cross-examination at trial; this right is not dependent on service on the “party” CCP 1634. Further, the case probably should have been reopened.

Opinion of the Court

In re James H. Rawls, applying for cer-tiorari, or writ of review, to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit. Parish of Orleans. 377 So.2d 1376.
