In re Chester Mercandel, applying for writ of habeas corpus and remedial writs. Orleans Parish. No. 254-095.

Writ denied. Trial court ruling is correct, not because State v. Lewis, 367 So.2d 1155 (La.), is not retroactive, but because of the principles stated in State v. Holden, 375 So.2d 1372 (La. 1979).

DIXON and DENNIS, JJ., would grant the writ.
