Opinion of the Court

In re Norman K. Lanoix, applying for writs of certiorari, mandamus, prohibition and stay order. Parish of Jefferson. No. 79-2189.

Denied in part and granted in part. Relator’s motion to set aside the hearing on the motion to determine his capacity to proceed is denied. The scope of the inquiry at this hearing is limited to his capacity to proceed. Relator’s motion to withdraw his plea of not guilty and not guilty by reason of insanity is granted.
