Concurring Opinion

CALOGERO and MARCUS, JJ.

This application,- although timely, was filed here just this morning. We would prefer to issue a stay order and delay for twenty-four hours this Court’s ruling on the application, in order to have furnished copy of the trial court’s ruling and/or reasons, to consider whether the Court of Appeal erred in reversing the trial court judgment, and to consider alternatively, whether the Court of Appeal’s protective order is sufficient.
