In re Werner Obleton, Jr., applying for remedial writs. Parish of Jefferson. No. 74-939.
Granted. The sentence imposed without a lawyer is vacated and the case is remanded for resentencing with the assistance of defendant’s lawyer. See State v. White, 325 So.2d 584 (La. 1976).
